The implementation of a new X-ray inspection machine
Z2S ELECTRONIc has set up from January 2023 an X-ray machine that allows to control the soldering on electronic boards for the most critical components such as BGAs, QFNs as well as connections on PCBAs. The high-definition control by the X-ray machine makes it possible to judge:
- Solder compliance according to IPC A610 standard in class 2 or 3.
- The Voids
- Short circuits
- Microbeads
- Misalignments
Following the X-ray machine inspection service, we provide you with the actual photos as well as an expert report drawn up by the machine.
